Bridal Makeup Trial – $250

Your bridal makeup trial is a dedicated, one-on-one experience designed to bring your wedding day vision to life. The trial is a separate service priced at $250 per person (depending on the makeup style/details) and includes a full consultation, complete makeup application, and lashes.

During your appointment, we’ll talk through your inspiration, preferences, and comfort level so we can create a look that truly feels like you. Once your makeup is complete, I’ll take before-and-after photos to capture your finished look. These images will be emailed to you so you can review them and share them with family and friends as you finalize your wedding day details.

This trial helps ensure you feel confident, excited, and completely at ease when your wedding day arrives.

✈ DESTINATION BRIDAL EXPERIENCE

A fully curated luxury experience designed for destination weddings where beauty, travel, and execution are seamlessly handled from start to finish.

Luxe Destination Experience — $3,000–$5,500+

Elite Luxury Bridal Experience — $6,000–$10,000+

A multi-day luxury wedding beauty experience.

DESTINATION ADD-ONS

The travel fee covers the time and labor required to transport all professional tools and equipment, including makeup, lighting, to and from your location. This includes packing, travel time, setup before the service, and breakdown afterward, as well as round-trip mileage. The starting travel fee is $100, which includes up to 1 hour of round-trip travel. Travel exceeding one hour is subject to an additional $60 for every 30 minutes beyond the initial hour.

Starting at $100 (up to 1 hour travel within Massachusetts/New England. All clients is responsible for: parking, valet, tolls, flights, ferry rides, hotel/lodging (if required)

Booking & Payment Policy:

Booking & Retainer:

Your appointment or event date is officially reserved once the required 50% non-refundable retainer is received.

By submitting your retainer, you acknowledge and agree to the services, number of people, timing, location, and total amount stated on your invoice.

Please carefully review your invoice before submitting your retainer to make sure all services and booking details are correct. Your retainer confirms your acceptance of the booking details and total amount due.

Changes to Your Booking:

Once your booking is secured, the agreed-upon total cannot be reduced due to changes made after booking. This includes removing services, reducing the number of people, shortening the service time, or making other changes that decrease the original booking total.

You are welcome to add additional services, people, or enhancements, subject to availability. Any additions will be added to your remaining balance.

Payment Terms:

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled service date for weddings and Due day of service for one on one makeup appointments.

• All outstanding balances must be paid in full before services are provided.

• Destination bookings require a signed contract and confirmed travel arrangements at the time of booking.

Refund Policy:

In the rare event that Joanna is unable to complete your scheduled service due to illness, emergency, or natural disaster, and a trusted professional team artist is unable to complete the service in her place, any payment made toward the affected service will be refunded in full.

This exception does not apply to client cancellations, late arrivals, changes that reduce the original booking, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment.

Client Acknowledgment:

By submitting your retainer or payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the services, pricing, payment terms, and policies outlined in your invoice and this Booking & Payment Policy.

Late Arrival Policy:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and late arrivals can affect the timing of your service and other scheduled clients.

Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may forfeit their appointment. In such cases, the payment is non-refundable and the missed service may not be rescheduled.

Group Appointments:

For group bookings, all clients are expected to be ready and available at their scheduled service times.

Clients who are 15 minutes or more late may forfeit their scheduled service. If other clients are scheduled afterward, the missed service cannot be rescheduled, and payment remains non-refundable.

Overtime Fee:

A $100 per hour overtime fee may apply when additional waiting or service time causes the appointment to extend beyond the originally agreed-upon end time.

This may include situations where:

• The client arrives late and the service must still be completed.

• Joanna is required to wait more than one hour past the scheduled start time.

• Delays caused by the client or members of the group result in services extending beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

Any additional time is subject to availability and may not always be possible if another appointment or commitment follows.
